As Project Manager, I was responsible for leading initiatives in the field of physical security, focusing on the digital transformation of access control systems across Proximus’ nationwide infrastructure. I managed the end-to-end deployment of automated processes for badge delivery, visitor and contractor management, and centralized access rights administration. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, I ensured that user requirements, security standards, and IT integrations were effectively aligned. The role involved driving change management, maintaining governance frameworks, and ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to modern, standardized digital solutions.

In order to scale (expansion) and prepare Classified Cycling for the next year(s) with main focus on efficiency & simplicity it was my role to develop a digital roadmap.

Cofounder of Sparkx, the largest sportainment park in Europe, offering an exciting blend of sports and entertainment. Located in Hasselt, Gent & (soon in) Antwerp – Belgium, Sparkx provides a unique experience where visitors can explore over 50 sports across 36 attractions. As a Project Manager, I successfully led the implementation of the European EMV Compliance Standard.

• Collaborated with technical and project staff from external clients to develop a comprehensive joint-migration plan.
• Ensured alignment with migration activities and project milestones.
• Monitored project activities at both high and detailed levels.
• Provided regular updates to the external client, steering committee, and program manager.
• Concentrated efforts on the KIA Market (including Colruyt, Delhaize, Brico, H&M, Quick, McDonald’s) and the Petrol Market (Q8, Total, Shell).

My role involved coordinating project tasks, managing paperwork, tracking progress, and serving as a point of contact for project participants. Additionally, I’ve contribute to the smooth execution of projects and gain hands-on experience in project management methodologies (Prince2, PMBok, …)
